I bought this last week at Best Buy ($64.95 + Fl Tax). Which was about the same price I'd have paid through Amazon. I read complaints regarding the other Sony iPhone clock (looks the same but also has a CD player)saying the display was way too bright despite 2 or 3 brightness settings. This clock's lowest setting is perfect for me, dim enough to not be disturbing, but certainly bright enough to see at night. The numbers are also nice and large so there's no problem seeing them without my glasses......

This is a great clock! It charges my iPhone with no problems and despite the small single speaker, has a surprisingly good sound. Not audiophile quality, but certainly not tinny. Pleasant listening. Radio works great too.

I am VERY nearsighted, but the display is large enough for me to see on my nightstand. It's been difficult to find a clock with a large display that also was not too bright. The display supports three different brightness levels, so it's not too bright at night. ......

I wanted to add a quick note about this clock radio because most of the other reviews for clock radios don't address the issue that was the most important to me- the strength of the antenna. I was looking for an alarm clock that would get better reception in our bedroom than the one we presently own. First off, I live in Sacramento, CA. So it's not the sunniest location, but still pretty dang sunny.

I purchased the Solaris i6 with the intention to be able to charge any of the following: Ipod Video, Ipod Shuffle, Treo Smartphone, Garmin GPS, Bluetooth headset, & AA or AAA batteries. Usage would be mainly around the house, but I am an outdoor enthusiast that would disappear into backcountry whenever possible taking my trusty Ipod as my only real tie to civilization. I really thought that this was exactly what I have been looking for...but it is not. If you are looking for a solar energy source for charging your iPod or newer cellular phone, look somewhere else. I own several Brunton products, and I've never had a problem with them before. Even though the specifications listed claim to be able to charge an iPod, it actually takes TWO or even THREE of these very expensive panels linked together to charge an iPod touch or iPhone. It took two Brunton i6 pan......

I use this to charge my iPhone. It works. It won't charge the battery while the phone is on but it seems maintain the level. I don't see this as an issue because I use this where there is no cell service, and no power - I'm just using the phone as an iPod at this point. The sun is bright where I am in the west. Mine came without the storage sack and I emailed Brunton. They got back to me quickly and mailed me one. I give it four stars as the instruction book doesn't mention it working wit......

You get what you pay for in this case. It is a cheap case. The stand is a good idea, but doesn't appear it will hold up and doesn't fold back in very easily. Also, there's no screen protection. It will protect the back and sides from scratches, but that's it. Don't know if the stand will hold up over time.

My main attraction to this case was its little pop-out stand feature. I sometimes feel like I might break it, but so far so good. Overall, a nice little protective case for the price.

The IPOD Touch is a great device BUT it does NOT come with a set of instructions on how to use it! This book is sufficiently easy to use that I was able to start using the IPOD almost immediately.

This is another fine book from Chris Breen. For those of us who subscribe to Macworld his is a well known name. And his knowledge of all things Apple is without question.
This book is especially well suited for new users, or intermediate users. But, I'm only saying that to warn the people who are going to pitch a fit if they know more then fifty percent of the information in the book.

This book is handy for people (like me) who often tend to forget exactly how to do this or that thing with an iPod, or who don't realize all of the various things that iPods and iTunes can do. This makes a nice stocking stuffer or Secret Santa present for someone who has an iPod but isn't necessarily super tech-savvy.

I love this tiny 1"X 1 1/2" iPod! Who would believe something so small could be so wonderful. It is easy to load music off my iTunes library. The sound is incredible. The earphones are hard, not a soft silicone, so I had to buy some smaller, softer ones for my comfort. The original earphones have a great sound though. I imagine over time I may want something w/more memory....but really, 240 songs is a lot and will keep me happy for a long time, I'm sure.
