For the money it is fun but not great. There is another model, according to manufaturer that will work with the new iPhone but this model only works with an older iPod and I am not sure if it will work with the iPod Touch.

the ihome2go is a great little mp3 speaker case. its perfect for hotels (MUCH better fidelity than the clock radios), beach, park, etc. it actually has great sound and volume for such a compact device and keeps your ipod well protected from all the outside elements. you can control the basic functions of the ipod from the outside and there is a line in jack for all the other mp3 players too.

This product is TOP NOTCH!!! I got it on Amazon for [...] bucks thinking the quality would be so so...boy was I surprised! The packaging was excellent, the controls are SUPER easy and the sound is a 10 out of 10. I was shocked at how great it sounds. And it is water resistant! WOW...If I had to price this I would easy say it is a quality product worth well over 65$. My only issue is it didn't come with a electrical cord to plug into a socket, bascially it only works with batteries(unless you pay......
These are great! good sound, durable construction, easy ipod control. i bought these for a cross-country road trip and they worked out wonderfully! a good investment for a portable, durable ipod sound system.

I got mine from Toys R Us,just this past Sat.
The only thing it played was the instruments in the background,the singing you couldn't hear for anything.
I did everything the instruction manual said to do,if you have a problem.
It should be noted that I have an ipod nano 4th generation.
I was wondering if this thing even works with my player.
We tried it with my DW Sony Walkman and it played fine.
Tried her SkullCandy mp3 player,it played that fine as well.
